RESPONSIBILITIES:

The GSM is responsible for coaching a wide variety of customers throughout the customer journey through a multitude of methods: communicating thoughtfully via 1:many or 1:1 interactions is critical to drive strong product adoption, eliminate friction for our user base, and to drive a long lasting relationship with our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Director, Business Development

DESCRIPTION:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a new market segment, lead marketing efforts, and actively contribute to aspects of Scout's evolution and growth planning at a customer segment level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, and build a marketing plan to support Scout's focus sectors. This marketing plan would include shared services from branding, performance marketing, and product marketing; Developing TAM/SAM forecasts; Creating and refining customer segments and personas; Integrated marketing plans with specific KPIs and forecasts across all the marketing channels; Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas, on monthly and quarterly basis; Build strong collaborative relationships and alliances with key internal and external teams and partners to prioritize and establish the team’s roadmap, delivering against clearly defined brand objectives while ensuring positive and productive team environments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years’ business development, marketing communications, consumer products, brand marketing, or brand management, or large-scale B2B sales experience. Experience developing and executing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns. Experience partnering with external companies (partners, agencies, vendors, retailers),

Client Service Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work hand-in-hand with members of the community to help them achieve success using Scout; Maintain and develop relationships with small business owners and salespeople nationwide; Work to achieve monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual success metrics are met; Work alongside our tech and sales, marketing, and data teams to provide feedback to improve our existing and future products and services; Maintain and monitor records in our CRM.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable client service or real estate experience; Ability to communicate via telephone, Facebook, and email; Deep understanding of CRM and CRM automation processes; An understanding of the residential real estate industry is required.

Sales Development Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualify and nurture new Scout leads, as well as generate new leads and relationships; Develop new business through social and phone; Maintain and build relationships with existing clients by offering new products and services; Work to ensure sales targets are achieved; Coordinate with our Client Service team to ensure smooth onboarding practices.

Data and Engineering Internships

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work directly alongside our data and engineering teams to assist with building new and innovative tools that generate new leads, analyze market data, and improve the quality of real estate transactions. Daily activities include: assisting to write code to acquire new data sets from various sources; visualization and exploration of existing data sets to recognize trends; Assisting to build new innovative visualization tools and dashboards, and working with Machine Learning solutions to enhance our current processes and analytics.
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates should be detail-oriented and highly driven with excellent communication skills. Competency in Python, C#, or SQL, is required. For front-end work, HTML and CSS are required.

Inside Sales Agent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You'll likely be the first person that our prospects will speak with! It will be up to you to identify likely customers, get to know their business goals, and get them in touch with the right Scout team member who can help them achieve their goals! This job entails LOTS of outreach (both on the phone and through social channels) and requires someone who is sociable, well-spoken, and doesn't take no for an answer! 
 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years’ demonstrable sales or telemarketing experience; Ability to communicate via telephone, Facebook, and email; organized and can work within the structure of a CRM and spreadsheets; Experience working in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
