How long will it take for me to start my campaign?

Currently, users are experiencing a 4-6 week wait time from the day that they signed up for Scout. 

 

Can I start my campaigns faster?

Yes! If you would like to move up the waitlist there are two ways that you can do that:

 

1) For every person that you refer to Scout that signs up, you'll move 10 spots up the list!  

2) If you have an immediate need for the campaign, we are accepting new users that meet certain criteria. If you would like to check your eligibility, please email hi@trustscout.com and include:

  • Name

  • Industry

  • Role at your company

  • Est. number of recipients

How will I know when I've been selected?

You'll receive an email from us with more information to let you know 1 week before your campaign is ready to start. 

What if I'm not ready to begin my campaign?

Your name will remain at the top of the list and others will be taken off the list in front of you. You'll have 2 weeks to start your campaign. If you don't start your campaign, you'll have to get on the waitlist again! 

I can't find my name on the waitlist!

If you signed up for the waitlist in the last 24-hours and you can't find your spot, email hi@trustscout.com and we'll help you get back on!
